I bring a boutique, high-touch consulting experience grounded in the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) positive change framework and a commitment to elevating stakeholder voice. My approach blends strategic planning, community engagement, and participatory action research to guide organizations and businesses through strengths-based transformation.
Strategic Planning & School Engagement Expertise
I co-led development of the 2023–2028 District Strategic Plan, designing and managing a districtwide engagement effort using the Appreciative Inquiry 5-D cycle. Key contributions included:

Designing and facilitating multilingual engagement meetings and producing clear outreach materials.

Co-developing surveys, conducting data analysis, and preparing visual summaries and Board presentations.

Coordinating and guiding a 25-member volunteer planning committee of caregivers, community partners, and district staff.
These activities generated community-informed recommendations that were formally adopted by the district.
Community Hub Development & Organizational Capacity Building
I supported a start-up community hub in creating its business and operations plan, assisting the new team with:
